• Live Dealer Studio Authorisation (LDSA) – Permits the operation of live dealer studios and real-time gaming activities.
• Key Person Licence (KPL) – Required for individuals performing managerial or operational roles within a CPA-licensed entity.

The primary mandate of the Kahnawake Gaming Commission is to ensure that gaming activities are conducted fairly, honestly, and responsibly. To achieve this, the Commission enforces the following measures:

• Mandatory audits – Licensed operators must undergo regular software and systems audits to verify the integrity of their RNGs.
• Dispute resolution – The KGC employs a full-time Dispute Resolution Officer to investigate and mediate complaints submitted by players against licensed operators.
• Responsible gaming – Operators are required to implement self-exclusion tools and strict age-verification procedures to prevent underage gambling and support vulnerable players.
