Poker career
Eli Elezra is one of the most recognizable poker players in the world, known for his expertise in mixed games. With 5 WSOP bracelets and a WPT win. His first WSOP cash came in 1999 when he finished seventh in a $2,500 Limit Omaha event. Elezra has played in "The Big Game" in Las Vegas for many years and became known to the public through his appearances in seasons 1–6 of GSN's High Stakes Poker series. In July 2004, Elezra won the WPT Mirage Poker Showdown, collecting $1,024,574 — his largest single tournament cash to date.
Elezra released his autobiography in March 2017 entitled Poker Legend, co-written by professional Israeli poker players Matan Krakow and Yoav Ronal.
Elezra was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2021.
